Please complete a request form (the tear-off page opposite your last prescription) and place in the repeat prescription box at the reception desk.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection in 2 working days however, some pharmacies may vary. You can arrange for your regular chemist to order and collect the prescription for you.
Please note all prescriptions require 2 working days notice. Please ensure you order your prescriptions well in advance.
