Pre-bookable routine, morning and afternoon appointments are available to book in advance for each day. On-the-day appointments become available each day at 8.30am for both morning and afternoon. If your require an urgent appointment you will be seen as soon as possible on that day. Please help the receptionist by telling them the nature of your call to the surgery to allow them to signpost you in the right direction for treatment. Signposting means that you may be referred to somewhere else more suited to dealing with your issue, i.e; opticians, dentist, pharmacist to name a few, depending on the nature of your call. Please also tell them if your problem is urgent.
Many of you will be aware from the local and national news that General Practice in Scotland is changing and our Practice aims to move with these changes. Along with other Practices, we hope to extend the range of services which are available to patients in the community. The Receptionists will enquire about the nature of your healthcare request whenever you contact the Practice. This is to enable them to direct you to the most appropriate service.
