Prescription Ordering Posted or Updated on 3 Nov 2023

From today onward the surgery will only accept prescription requests over the phone at certain times. This is due to an increase in calls during our busiest times, I.E first thing in the morning, which is delaying those with urgent issues from speaking to our team faster. 

We will now only accept prescription requests over the phone during the hours of:

10:30am to 12:30pm & 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Phoning outwith these hours will result in being asked to call back. These changes are being made to ensure we are able to be as efficient as we can be
