Please be aware that due to increased demand our average wait time for a routine appointment is currently around the 10 – 14 day mark.

This is still below the average wait time for an appointment in Scotland.

We would like to remind you that there are other services, such as Pharmacy first, which can provide you with prescriptions for minor ailments, please only book an appointment with us where necessary.  

Prescription requests also take between 48-72 hours to process. Please take this into account when ordering.

Finally we ask that all staff are treated with respect, as we remind you that the surgery operates under a zero tolerance policy.
